Space, as they say, is the real luxury these days. For fashion designer Amanda Winship, having a true sense of space, plenty of sunlight and a strong sense of connection with her garden were key priorities when it came to the bespoke design of her new home in South London’s Ditton Hill. All three are much in evidence in her super sized ‘great room’ that feeds out onto her back terrace via a steel-framed wall of glass. There is even enough room here for Winship’s pride and joy, her Steinway grand piano.
