Over the past twenty years artist, designer and entrepreneur Caryn Hibbert has turned a Cotswolds hamlet into a destination ‘village within a village’, known as Thyme. Along with her husband Jerry and her son, chef Charlie Hibbert, she has created a restaurant, cookery school, spa and a collection of guest houses around kitchen gardens and a working farm, as well as more formal gardens created by Bunny Guinness. From the very start, Thyme has also been the Hibberts’ own family home.
