The views from the summit of Dennis Pedersen and Misia Godebska’s Norfolk home are extraordinary. The band of glass that runs around their elevated living room offers a bird’s eye view of an open panorama of woodland and fields. Their converted water tower has the feel of a futuristic look out station, or bird hide, and even as we talk Pedersen grabs his binoculars to make the most of a rare glimpse of a white-tailed eagle passing by.
