Fredriek van Doorn and her  daughter Makien Verkroost own Frechic. Together they go on daily hunts for unique items that give a home atmosphere and personality.

Fredriek and Makien have been collecting beautiful products, styling and decorating for many years. They love to look for things at antique shops and flea markets around the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Hungary. Frechic stands for an interior with a soul; things that look “lived” and have their own story.

In 2015 Fredriek and Makien decided to turn their hobby into their profession and to open an online shop.
