Michelle and Garrett lived and worked in New York for four years before returning to London shortly before the birth of their first child Danny. Following two years renting, in 2010 they bought this four bed roomed Queen Anne terraced house in South London. Spending four months renovating the main body of the house, including installing a new boiler, new radiators, new carpet and three new bathroom suites, Michelle and Garrett moved in just two weeks before the birth of their second son Finlay.

They were attracted to the area’s close-knit community and the house’s traditional Queen Anne red brick façade, plus the fact that there was scope for extending at the back whilst maintaining a good-sized garden.
